30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our toolkits. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, KitHomeDepot offers a hassle-free 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving your delivery.
- Tools and accessories must be in original condition, including the blow-molded case, bits, manuals, and original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation number or packing slip) is required.
Restocking Fees & Return Shipping
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: KitHomeDepot covers 100% of return shipping costs and will send an immediate replacement or issue a 100% full refund. No restocking fees apply ($0.00).
- Customer Remorse / Discretionary Returns: If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size, a return shipping fee of $4.95 is deducted from your refund. KitHomeDepot does not charge restocking fees.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our Spokane facility (usually within 2 business days), we will initiate your refund to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit/Debit Card). Financial institutions typically reflect the credit back to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
